Family Fun at Farm Country – Thanksgiving Point: A Must-Visit for Families
If you’re looking for outdoor family activities in Utah, Farm Country at Thanksgiving Point is a hidden gem you won’t want to miss. Located in Lehi, Utah, Thanksgiving Point offers a variety of experiences for families, and Farm Country recently underwent a major upgrade, making it even more exciting for kids and families alike. Here's everything you need to know, from hours to activities and pricing, to help you plan a fun family outing. Our Farm Country Experience Our family had an amazing time visiting Farm Country at Thanksgiving Point. We are always looking for ways to get the kids outside and learning, and this spot didn’t disappoint. The park’s new interactive upgrades made it a perfect homeschooling activity and an ideal way to keep the kids engaged. From educational exhibits to hands-on activities, there was something for everyone! Some of the upgrades included more interactive games, improved playgrounds, and enhanced facilities. Even the smells (which you expect on a farm) were made more tolerable, making the visit a more pleasant experience for everyone. Activities at Farm Country One of the highlights of Farm Country is the variety of fun, hands-on experiences for children. Here are some of our favorite activities: Train rides: Hop on a miniature train and explore the farm’s scenic grounds. Pony rides: A great way for kids to connect with animals and build confidence. Cow milking experience: Trey had a blast trying to milk a cow named Peggy! Watching the process was fascinating, especially seeing how they manage it with so many visitors. Peggy was an absolute champ throughout the experience, though if I were her, I wouldn’t be as patient! Tips for Visiting Since our kids tend to run out of steam in the afternoons, we recommend getting there early. Farm Country opens at 9 am, which gives you plenty of time to explore without hitting that afternoon slump. If your family struggles with similar afternoon energy dips, early mornings are the best time to visit. If you’re planning more than one trip, consider investing in the Thanksgiving Point family season pass. Priced at $309 per year, it offers access to multiple attractions within the Thanksgiving Point grounds. Some passes even include Cornbelly’s, a seasonal festival with even more activities for kids. General admission prices for Farm Country range between $20-$30 per person, depending on your child's age. Keep an eye out for special deals or promotions to maximize your experience. A Sweet Stop on the Way Home: Our Coca-Cola Store Experience in Las Vegas
After an exciting adventure at Disneyland, our family decided to make one last memorable stop on the way home—at the Coca-Cola Store in Las Vegas! This wasn’t just any regular pit stop; it was a chance to create more fun memories, especially for Ambry and me, as we had done this very thing when we were newly married, 10 years ago! But this time, we had the kiddos with us, and we wanted to make it just as special for them. What We Tried: The Taste Around the World If you're looking for a unique experience, the Coca-Cola Store offers a cool activity called Taste Around the World. For those unfamiliar, it’s a fun way to sample Coca-Cola products from various countries. We were served a tray filled with different soft drinks that are popular in places like Italy, South Africa, and Peru. You’ll find that some flavors are super sweet and refreshing, while others might surprise you with unique, bold, or bitter tastes! Here are a few highlights of the international flavors: Beverly (Italy): This one is notorious for its bittersweet flavor and was definitely an acquired taste for us. Fanta Kolita (Costa Rica): A sweet, fruity drink with a tropical vibe, and a big hit with the kids! Bibo Candy Pine-Nut (South Africa): Fun and fruity—definitely a lighter and sweeter drink. Inca Kola (Peru): Surprisingly sweet and almost bubblegum-like in flavor. Very popular with those who love sugary sodas! Each country’s drink had something unique to offer, and it made for great family fun trying to guess where each flavor came from! Coca-Cola Float Sampler In addition to the international drinks, we also found that the store offers a Coca-Cola Float Sampler. If you have a sweet tooth or love a good soda float, this is the way to go. You get to try a variety of floats made with Coca-Cola products. We loved seeing the kids' reactions as they slurped up the fizzy ice cream combo. Budget-Friendly Family Fun All of this fun came to about $45, which we felt was pretty affordable for an hour-long activity filled with laughter, taste testing, and memories. The store is also filled with Coca-Cola-themed merchandise, which makes for great souvenirs if you’re into collectibles or looking for unique gifts. Why We Recommend This Stop If you’re passing through Las Vegas with your family and looking for an inexpensive, fun stop, the Coca-Cola Store is a great option. It’s located right on the Strip, making it easy to add to your itinerary if you’re in the area. The Taste Around the World is a perfect way to introduce your kids to different cultures through flavors, and it’s always interesting to see which ones they love (or don’t love!). The Coca-Cola floats were just the cherry on top—quite literally! Pro Tips for Your Visit Timing: The activity itself takes about 30-60 minutes, making it a great break from the road. Cost: Expect to spend around $45 for both the Taste Around the World and the float sampler. Location: The store is located on the Las Vegas Strip, so it’s easy to find and access if you’re exploring other spots. Family-Friendly: This is an easy-going, fun stop for kids of all ages—and the grown-ups too! Plus, you can vlog your experience like we did for our channel, Fisco Frenzy. Wrap-Up: A Fun & Refreshing Stop Whether you’re heading home from an adventure or just looking for a fun activity to fill some time in Las Vegas, we highly recommend stopping by the Coca-Cola Store. It's affordable, family-friendly, and filled with unique tastes you won't find anywhere else. It’s one of those rare activities that not only brings smiles but also lets you explore different parts of the world, one sip at a time! So if you’re planning your next family trip, keep this on your radar for a memorable and refreshing experience. Watch The Full Video Here:
